PUP reaches their partnership with PPI

Together with Philippine Press Institute (PPI), the Polytechnic University of the Philippines (PUP) ties up its partnership through signing of Memorandum of Agreement last February 18 held at the PPI Office in Intramuros, Manila.

Under the supervision of Mr. Ariel Cervantes Sebellino, the Executive Director and Trustee of the PPI, we can now formally claim projects and accomplishments that would benefit the university and the industry, including the International linkages, our joint hosting of the East-West International Fellowship, where a group of journalists annually visits PUP to connect with Journalism students and faculty.

The partnership wouldn’t happen without the representation of Dr. Anna Ruby Gapasin (Vice President for Research, Extension and Development), Dr, Divina Pasumbal, Dean of the PUP-College of Communication and Prof. Hemmady Mora, the Chairperson of PUP-COC-Department of Journalism.

The university is hoping for more projects with the said institute in order to empower our future media practitioners.
