Concerts are really the best part of our memoirs. It really stays the best in our hearts. But what if can’t even afford those things just because of the inability to meet a good service? We’ll know.

Recently, most fans were disappointed because of their bad experience in buying SM Tickets for the upcoming concert of LANY. Unfortunately, the same concerns apply even before. What really hit them the most was the viral post of an SM Ticket employee who bought more than 4 tickets and it seems like it’s really unfair for them.
SM Tickets recently posted an apology to their valued customers saying that they feel sorry for the inconvenience experienced by LANY fans while purchasing concert tickets.
“We wish to assure you that we have been adressing your concerns regarding ticket selling online. We are likewise undertaking measures to prevent incidents where some individuals may be favored at the ticket booth selling.”
Aside from those, some of them rants about how they can’t access their site. That’s why they are patiently waiting for the long queue only to find out that the tickets are already sold-out in just a minute or hour. From Paramore, Maroon 5, Blackpink and so on. Nothing changed. Tickets were also being sold by scalpers at high prices.
It may seem shallow to some but the heart of a fan is too deep. That’s why we need to hear their voice, too.
