Known as Southeast Asia’s top e-commerce express delivery service, J&T Express has finally arrived in the Philippines and held their grand launch in Taguig City on March 2.
The inauguration was attended by J&T Express CEO Dean Ding, company executives and employees, representatives from the mayor’s office of Tagiug City, and guests from their partners which include mobile manufacturer OPPO, and online shopping giants, Shopee, Lazada, and Zalora.
“As an express company, J&T Express is committed to helping our customers thrive in e-commerce business by bringing our reliable, efficient, and fast delivery service nationwide,” said Ding.
“With “Express Your Online Business” as our slogan, we hope to help our customers realize a more practical and efficient express service for online business and encourage the development of our business partners to be bigger and stronger,” he added.
The technology-based and internet development express company was established in Hong Kong and officially entered the market in Indonesia in 2015 where they reached a peak of 1.5 million package deliveries daily and stood out by serving customers even on weekends and holidays.
“The e-commerce market has grown exponentially and is poised to grow further in the Philippines. That is why we are extremely excited to officially launch J&T Express in the country and become the express service of choice of Filipino merchants who are looking to sell their products online,” said Dean.
J&T Express, which will be covering nine regions nationwide to deliver parcels and packages across their 300 drop points, offers free pick-up services, a real-time tracking system, as well as a fast claims system to serve their customers, especially for small and medium enterprises (SMEs) and online businesses.
According to Dean, their goal is to make online businesses grow and prosper by continuously innovating and bringing excellent service to their growing number of customers and top of the list clients.
Currently, the company provides a three-service platform in the form of a website, a mobile application, and a 24/7 hotline and you can visit their website at www.jtexpress.ph or on their official Facebook Page at j&texpressphilippines.
