Ulan, Now Showing Nationwide!

Nadine Lustre and Carlo Aquino collaborated for their first movie produced by Viva Films entitled “Ulan.”

“Ulan” tells a story of a girl who struggled to find the right one reflecting on the superstition of the elders in the Philippines. It has been known that when the raindrops fell while the sun is out, two mythical creatures (tikbalang) are celebrating their wedding. But in the superstition, tikbalangs are forbidden to fall in love with each other. So, the God above poured the rain as a punishment for the love that is forbidden.

Last March 13, Nadine Lustre and Carlo Aquino, with Marco Gumabao and other cast members attended the premiere night of the movie at SM Megamall. The night was star-studded and filled with entertainment due to the movie.

On it’s first week, “Ulan” became a blockbuster hit and is shown in 113 theaters nationwide. It will also open premiere nights internationally starting March 21. So, what are you waiting for? Go out and feel “Ulan”!
