The netizens are utterly surprised by production company Project 8 corner San Juan (@proj8corsanjoaquin)’s instagram post contaning an unexpected comeback of the most loved couple of the 90’s played by Marvin Agustin and Jolina Magdangal.
In the post was Marvin and Jolina together with directors Dan Villegas and Antoinette Jadaone, as well as screenwriter Bibeth Orteza and produce Reign Anne De Guzman.
The production says in the caption that they plans to reprise the roles of Bujoy and Ned in the film Labs Kita, Okey Ka Lang? The iconic lovestory about two best friends who eventually fell inlove with each other.
According from Rappler, Jolina had once talked about her and Marvin’s sentiments upon giving life to the characters once again.
“Kasi 20 years na ’yung pelikulang ‘yun eh. So anong nangyari kay Ned at Bujoy talaga di ba?” she shared.
Might be or might not be a sequel to Labs Kita, Okey ka Lang? movie, one thing is for sure: the two is now working on a project that will exceed the expectations the fans are anticipating.
