MNL48 excited for their ‘Living the Dream’ concert

MNL48 is now set to achieve another milestone as they prepare for their first major concert on April 6 at New Frontier Theater.

According to MNL48’s center girl Shekinah Arzaga, this event is a dream come true.

Super excited po kaming lahat kasi dati pinapangarap lang namin na makapag-concert in front of many people. Sobrang special po sa aming ang event na ito,” said Sheki on a press conference. 

MNL48 member Abby Trinidad recalls their experience on AKB48 Group Asia Festival on Bangkok, their first international event together with their international sister groups like AKB48 of Japan, which helped them prepare for their upcoming concert.

“Sobrang dami ng ideas and concepts ang nakuha namin from that event. Mas na-boost ang confidence namin and natutunan namin na being an idol is about giving all your heart na walang takot na naipakita kung sino ka at malabas ‘yung best mo,” said Abby.

Some of the members of the idol group helped selling concert tickets at Araneta Colliseum ticket booth recently. Fans, most of whom already purchased their tickets online, attended the ticket selling anyway to see the girls up close and personal. 

Sheki said they are very determined to prove they have what it takes to be an idol. “Ipakikita namin na may ibubuga ang MNL48 sa music and idol industry,”
