THE END OF A DECADE

By: Anthony Andres

The Communication Society, the premiere academic organization of the College of Communication ends the semester with a high note. Literally ending one of the most awaited event every year in the college which is the LEVEL.

LEVEL stands for Learning Eagerly Via Edifying Lectures, a grand symposium which tackles different fields of communications. Writing, broadcasting, advertising and films are the most requested topics every year. The organization’s flagship event is the most extravagant as they are ready to show the ending the students never expect.

LEVEL: DENOUEMENT “The Reign of Media Supremacy amidst Diversity.”

This is the 11th year of LEVEL to close out a decade of academic excellence as they are on set to create something fresh, new and vibrant for the next school year.

To end LEVEL with a high note, the organizations held the event last March 4, 2019 at PUP Theater with the glamorous speakers like Wynonah Buot, Jason Cruz, Eros Atalia, Lisa Diño and Mike Navallo.

The day was filled with learnings and fun because of the generous sponsors who are willing to share their products to the students.

LEVEL comes to an end but the legacy of serving students with love and passion will continue. Brace yourselves as they are going for something bigger and bolder next year. All out for COCians.
