Polytechnic University of the Philippines was known as the top choice of the companies when looking for applicants.
According to jobstreet.com more than preference for particular colleges and universities, employers are looking for applicants who show willingness to be trained and to learn.
These fresh graduates of PUP gives honor to Sintang Paaralan by showing to the companies what the university taught them – to endure.
These PUP graduates also graduated from long lanes on the cashier, small classrooms with large number of students and two ceiling fans per classrooms but only one of them is working.
To endure all the hardships is something that couldn’t be taught by your professors but as what they are saying, life is a learning process. Whether you like it or not you have to learn it for you to earn it.
Fresh graduates of PUP faced a lot of hardships all throughout their college life; both academically, personally and even the facility.
Despite of all of these hindrances they still manage to graduate and all their hardships paid off as employers observed what’s special to PUP graduates – they are molded by the university itself.
They are molded to be employees who can easily adapt to the processes and systems, who can learn the products and services, the dynamics of the industry that they are a part of, and what drives success.
PUP might not have the best of facilities among the universities but this disadvantage could be your advantage when you graduate. PUP might not be the best university for you but it could be your best teacher.
